My garbage disposal keeps getting jammed. So i use the allen wrench at the bottom and get it "loose". then it works fine for a day or two then gets jammed again. I looked inside and i cant see anything that is stuck inside. why does it get jammed after i loosen it up? i keep going back and for with this thing. If there was something stuck in it, you would think that it would NEVER loosen but it does, then jams up again in a day or two......what is going on????????????

NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE TO DO WORK FOR YOU!!!!!! Their technician came out and estimated our job that needed to be done with excavation of our outside lines due to an Internet contractor, shoving sand and gravel through all of our plumbing. That estimate was $8500. The next day we were told they were not going to have to do the excavation. They were gonna try something else, but it was still going to be $8500. The price wasn’t gonna be any different and we had been 2 days without water. We didn’t really understand why that was the case, but we never had to call a plumber before, so we paid them their $8500 and then dealing with the insurance company requested an itemization and their itemization for the cost of the parts was $1100 but they charged us $2200 for the parts that they only paid $1100 for. They are dishonest and unprofessional. The technician that we had never told us the same thing twice something changed every time we talked to him about what he was going to be doing because all of the plumbing fixtures in our home and all of the supply lines had to be replaced and our lines had to be flushed. I wish I had never heard of Roto-Rooter

I worked for them and the turn over employee rate is very high. You're more of a salesman then you are a plumber. They don't teach you a lot, they just throw you to the wolf's. The work is commission and if you want real money you have to do side jobs. I would never recommend any to work for them 💯
